Who we are

Rev Motion ("we", "us", "our") is a revenue and go-to-market consultancy and advisory business for B2B SaaS and technology companies. Rev Motion is a trading name of Alan S Global Coaching Ltd, registered in England & Wales. This policy explains what personal data we collect through rev-motion.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.

What data we collect

We collect personal data directly from you in the following ways:

• Contact form: first name, last name, email address, company name (optional), and the content of your message.
• Free Assessment tool: delivered through ScoreApp, a third-party provider. Any answers or contact details you submit are collected by ScoreApp and shared with us as the recipient of your assessment; see ScoreApp's own privacy policy for how they process it.
• Booking a call: handled through Calendly, a third-party provider. Calendly collects your name, email, and any details you provide when booking, and shares your booking with us.

We do not run our own analytics or advertising cookies. Calendly and ScoreApp may set their own cookies when their embedded tools load on this site — see Cookies below.

Why we collect it and our legal basis

We use your data to respond to enquiries, follow up on assessment results, schedule and prepare for calls, and discuss potential consulting engagements. We rely on legitimate interest as the legal basis for handling enquiries you initiate, and on consent where you voluntarily submit the assessment or book a call through a third-party tool. We do not sell, rent, or use your data for advertising, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

We don't share your data with third parties for their own purposes. The only recipients are the service providers we use to run this site and deliver our services, each acting under their own privacy policy:

• Hostinger — website hosting and the contact form's email delivery
• Calendly, Inc. — call scheduling
• ScoreApp — the Free Assessment tool

None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes on our behalf. If any provider is based outside the UK/EEA, they are required to have appropriate safeguards in place for international data transfers.

Cookies

This site does not set its own analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies. The embedded Calendly and ScoreApp widgets may set cookies of their own to enable their functionality (for example, remembering a booking session or your assessment progress). You can view, block, or clear these at any time through your browser settings.

How long we keep your data

Contact form and enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can follow up and maintain a record of the enquiry. If an enquiry develops into a client engagement, relevant data is kept for the duration of that engagement plus any period required by our accounting or legal obligations. Data you submit to Calendly or ScoreApp is retained according to their own retention policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or the tools we use change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
