We rely on legitimate interest as the legal basis for handling enquiries you initiate, and on consent where you voluntarily submit the assessment or book a call through a third-party tool. We do not sell, rent, or use your data for advertising, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
We don't share your data with third parties for their own purposes. The only recipients are the service providers we use to run this site and deliver our services, each acting under their own privacy policy:
None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes on our behalf. If any provider is based outside the UK/EEA, they are required to have appropriate safeguards in place for international data transfers.
This site does not set its own analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies. Contact form and enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can follow up and maintain a record of the enquiry. If an enquiry develops into a client engagement, relevant data is kept for the duration of that engagement plus any period required by our accounting or legal obligations. Data you submit to Calendly or ScoreApp is retained according to their own retention policies.
